Real estate magazine editorial design

I have been working for the real estate company HogarAbitat for several years. When I was asked to design the editorial design of the magazine they use to present the company and its services, it was stimulating for me because I love magazine design.

Specifically, I had to update the magazine that they had produced internally the previous year, which was very good in terms of content, but failed in layout, as it had too much text and not enough photos, making it not so appealing to read and consult.

I proposed an editorial design with a modern, orderly layout, based on grids, balancing the photos with the headlines and blocks of text. I am very satisfied with the result, although I hope there will be a new version, to continue improving.
